 In 2019, I opened Ohara Sensui, a vacation rental that visitors from Japan and overseas can enjoy the wonderful nature of Ohara, where I was born and raised.
 
I am deeply appreciative of all of the relationships I have been blessed with, as well as my family's support in making it happen, and I hope that our guests will enjoy Ohara's beautiful natural surroundings, including the breathtaking sunset and beautiful sky visible from Ohara Sensui, as well as the nearby historic temples.
 
My family and I believe that our relationship with our guests during their travels is extremely valuable.
 
We hope our guests' stays at Ohara Sensui will be filled with smiles and wonderful memories.
 

 
Meet My Mother

 
My mother is in her mid-80s and has lived in Ohara all her life. She enjoys simple, everyday traditions.
 
She loves spending quiet time with her family, arranging flowers from our garden and sharing short conversations etc...
 
Even though she speaks only Japanese, she would enjoy connecting with guests at Ohara Sensui in her own gentle way—such as arranging flowers together.
 
This is not a class, but a simple experience of Japanese home life. It only lasts about 5–10 minutes, and, of course, there is no charge — she simply enjoys sharing this time with guests from around the world.
